How we got here.
We started in 1998 with one offset press and a phone line in Dharwad. Today that press is a full production floor on a 1.5-acre campus in Belur, and the work it ships sits on shopfronts, buildings, vehicles and campuses across North Karnataka and Goa.
Sushant Industries — printing, signage and fabrication — is still the name most people know. Alongside it, Sushant Travels & Logistics moves people and freight on its own fleet, and Sushant Builders buys, builds and sells property with the paperwork in order.
Production runs from the Belur campus; the Dharwad City Office handles briefings and quotes. One PO can span more than one company, and the person who signs the quote answers the phone.

With a site survey before the quote — measurements, mounting, brand guidelines, anchorage. The written quote that follows prices what can actually be built.
What are your payment terms?
Standard is 40 / 40 / 20 — advance against PO, a milestone on production sign-off, and the balance on delivery and install. Multi-city rollouts and AMCs run on a milestone schedule matched to your purchase calendar.
Do you handle permits and approvals?
Yes. We coordinate municipal hoarding permits, site access and supporting documents. For mall fitouts and bank branches, landlord and operator coordination is part of the install brief.
What warranties do you offer?
It depends on the product — some items carry none, others run to 10+ years. The term for your job is written on the quote.
Can you handle multi-state rollouts?
Yes. North Karnataka and Goa are our forte — our own install crews work there. We also take work in Maharashtra, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana on a project basis. One named PM coordinates every site, and production stays on our own floor in Dharwad.
What is the minimum project size?
A single storefront sign is fine. We're strongest on repeatable, brand-consistent work where production discipline matters.
Do you sign NDAs and MSAs?
Yes to both. Compliance packs and references are sent on request.
