Meet the Sushant Group Sushant Builders is the group's property arm — acquiring older properties in Dharwad and Hubli for redevelopment, building new residential and commercial assets from the ground up, and handling the allied work most owners and buyers don't want to coordinate themselves: title due diligence, structural surveys, permits, transaction structuring, and post-handover support.
Owners and buyers come to us for the same reason brands have come to the flagship for 28 years: a single named contact, drawings that get explained, and decisions documented in writing.

We run the valuation, the title diligence, the buyer outreach, and the conveyance. You sign the sale deed; we keep the chain of paperwork clean for tax and audit.
Buy an existing property
Site walk, RERA + title check, written negotiation memo, registration handhold. We close on the buyer's behalf so they don't get pulled into seller-side noise.
Build new
Land, drawings, permits, construction, and handover. Weekly photo-tracked progress updates. Snag-cleared handover with a written defects-liability commitment.

Site assessment
Whether you're an owner looking to sell, a seller of an old property, or a buyer looking for a new build — the first call is a site visit and a written assessment of what's possible.
Diligence & paperwork
Title check, structural survey where applicable, valuation, and the permit set required for the transaction or build. Owners get the diligence pack; we keep a copy on file.
Transaction or build
For acquisitions: clean transaction, registered conveyance, post-sale support. For new builds: drawings, a written timeline, weekly progress updates with photos, and a snag-cleared handover.
