Paperwork done right
Every load carries an e-way bill and consignment note naming the real consignor. If your client must not see our name, we deliver to your unit for the final drop.
Practical answers
Whose name is on the delivery?
On the goods, yours. Nothing in the carton carries our name. The statutory consignment note and e-way bill must name the actual consignor, which we will not falsify — so if your client must never see a Sushant name, we deliver to your unit or you collect, and you make the final drop.
What if it is damaged in transit?
Tell us before you tell your client. Goods-in-transit cover is available on freight consignments and claims are handled by our team rather than pushed back to you. Ask for the cover position on your consignment when you book.
